What is Christian Science?

Christian Science offers a Bible-based practical way to not just believe in God but understand God. Students of Christian Science strive to follow Jesus’ example in living unselfish, loving, and fearless lives.

Why church?

Because right in the midst of the push and pull of busy lives, church anchors us.

  • It helps us remember to be grateful to God, our Creator.

  • It provides consistent support in our spiritual growth–our understanding of Bible-based truths and how to live these truths in our daily lives. 

  • It provides opportunities to feel and show God’s healing and transforming love. We expect our services to be healing experiences.

What Christian Science means to us…

What is a Christian Science Reading Room?

A bookstore offering you a quiet place to read, research and explore prayer, spirituality and Christian healing.

Open to people of all faiths, backgrounds and ways of life, Reading Rooms are public resources for anyone on their quest for spiritual understanding. In common with Christian Science churches, Reading Rooms are dedicated to helping visitors discover the peace, comfort and spiritual solutions available to all from God.

Each Reading Room is locally maintained by one or more Christian Science churches and staffed by individuals who actively study and practice Christian Science.
